We strictly follow ethical standards under which we have been trained to operate our animal healing business.

We are not, nor claim to be,  veterinarians or health care providers, and cannot diagnose or prescribe treatments for your animal companions. We can, however, relay symptoms and information from your pets and animal companions that may be useful for your vet and treating providers  As with any healing professionals, we cannot make any guarantees, but will always in good faith follow our ethical standards and practice guidelines. We also advise animal communication clients that no one can offer a guarantee and pets and animal companions will always have the option or choice of free will as any living being does. We do not command pets to act or behave in any certain way or manor on your behalf. However, we do use our skills as mediators to negotiated the best choices for a happy pet family and better pet wellness that is how we gain so many wonderful clients' testimonials!

All animal communication & Reiki sessions, information shared, and workshops are meant to facilitate the overall well-being of an animal. (Reiki Training workshops can also facilitate the well-being of humans.) .

All written materials, lectures, discussions, question and answer sessions, references to other modalities, products, and practitioners are means to provide information through our session consultations and workshops. At no time is the information provided meant to replace licensed medical treatment, veterinary care, or a medical diagnosis for illness or injury of your pet(s). We do not perform medical diagnosis, offer medical advice, prescribe drugs, or perform surgery on any animal. Always consult a licensed medical or veterinary practitioner for medical care for the service you are seeking or hiring with us.

When you click on the submit "pet Information form" button filled out when scheduling a session, it is fully understood that you agree to these terms and it an electronic signature; " I have read and understand the above statement. I understand that this practitioner is not a veterinarian and that the consultation/treatment/therapy/advice is not to be construed as veterinary medical advice.

I hereby release and hold harmless Thom Williams, Jonquil Williams, and Animal Healings, their associates and/or their agents, from any liability due to accidental, coincidental or other damages or injuries to self, family members or animal(s), and/or personal property, and from loss of property resulting during or after said consultation or workshop in the following of any suggestions, information, instruction or advice given by Thom Williams, Jonquil Williams, and Animal Healings, their associates and/or their agents.

I as pet parent / owner, or agent of the pet parent / owner, agree to have this session / consultation for our animal(s) and by my payment of and participation in said session/ consultation, hereby give my consent and agree to adhere to all terms and policies of this agreement and any clearly outlined or linked to Animal Healings and AnimalHealings.com web site such as the privacy policy and copyright notice. I further understand amendments, revisions and updates may be made to these terms & policies and I may check on this Animal Healings.com web site at any time for those changes. Payments / Cancellations

PAYMENTS
Payments must be made in full and completed 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If a time has been agreed upon by both parties and payment has not been completed by 24 hours prior to your appointment time, Animal Healings will have to reschedule you appointment time until your payment has been fully processed.  We accept all major credit cards via Paypal.com. You may sign in as a guest user on the PayPal system without an account on PayPal.com and you are subject to other terms and conditions according to PayPal, please contact PayPal for further information on their system polices and customer payment support problems.

CANCELLATIONS
We require a minimum 24 hours advanced notice to cancel appointment for a refund (less any PayPal transaction fees if charged to us by PayPal.)

Scheduled consultation times are reserved exclusively for the person making the appointment, unless otherwise previously agreed upon by Animal Healings. As a courtesy to Thom and Jonquil's full schedule of healing animal commitments and to their other clients waiting for appointments, please give 24 hours (or more) notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments with no notice and appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the consultation fee. Appointments cancelled prior to 24 hours may be charged PayPal transaction fees and other costs where applicable.

Please understand we run a scheduled professional office like any other profession based on appointments (I.E. accountants, doctors, lawyers, etc,) all whom charge for missed appointment times simply because it costs us time from our schedule when a client misses their appointment. We cannot provide refunds for missed sessions due to client scheduling errors, malfunctioning customer phones / hardware or equipment issues on the client end. None acceptance of Skype contact (when required for session) and other situations considered unreasonable beyond Animal Healings staff control. We make every attempt to contact you at all numbers listed on your form and we will always do our best to help you find the most convenient day and time for your appointment, it is your responsibility to be aware of your agreed session time.

If you need help understanding our time zone differences, here is a helpful online tool , we are in the Eastern Standard Time Zone, use any city like Raleigh, North Carolina.

Software, Audio, and Other Merchandise Purchases:

All Mp3 and software purchases are considered final upon delivery. We will help whenever possible, however, we cannot provide computer/phone/hardware support when a mechanical issue prevents products from functioning properly.

Making the best use of your session

YOUR SESSION CALL
For your animal communication session we will call you at the scheduled time at the number(s) you have listed on your pet information form. At the session time your pets can be doing their regular routines, although it's best if they aren't too distracted.

Depending on your phone service (and whether you selected the MP3 recording option) our phone number may display as "unavailable" or a 941 area code on your caller ID.

LIST: To make best use of everyone's time, you will probably want to prepare a list of questions or comments, in order of priority that you will want us to talk to your pet(s).

NOTES:  Have supplies handy for note taking during your session as we don't provide notes for you.

MP3 RECORDING:  We offer an option you may add an MP3 recording of your session which you can download to your computer, tablet or mobile player. Contact us to see if there is time to add MP3  to your current session. Now available for Skype sessions too!

PHOTO?  Have you sent a photo of your pet yet? Why is it important? Quite simply - it helps us connect to your pet. We have a help page on our site about attaching photos.
